How much time do I need daily?
The program is designed to be attainable, requiring only approximately 60 minutes of practice per day

Yes , the monthly investment includes all practices, community support, indian club (karalakatai). This price is excluding shipping.
Daily movement sits at the heart of the practice. Through Meipadam (A deep, intentional movement practice rooted in Tamil Siddha tradition) and Karalakatai (A warrior art of disciplined movement using traditional weights and flow patterns). We build not just physical strength but mental focus, emotional resilience, and an unshakeable sense of inner stability. This is where the warrior in you is trained and awakened.
