Padi Karlai lessons are open to warriors who have completed 6 months of Healing Warrior Practice (Sharira Sadhana) . This will be add on to your current lessons.

A "Padi" was originally a tool used to measure grain like rice. It was considered a blessing from Anna Lakshmi, the goddess of food. When war came to ancient India, people used these same tools as weapons for self-defense. Today, we use them as healing tools to build strength and stamina

What organs does this practice help?

It works on the "five elemental organs": the heart, spleen, kidney, liver, and lungs

How many times should I do the movements?

You can start with 9 or 27 movements. As you get stronger, you can move to 54, 81, or the full 108
